Moe is a Strategic Interventionist, and a Career Empowerment Coach. He works with professionals who want to take their careers to the next level, get the promotion they deserve, move jobs, move between departments and feel more self confident at work. Moe also works with small business owners who feel they could do better and helps them turn their businesses around. This is done by creating the necessary mindset, focus and strategy as well as through setting actions plan and obviously taking actions that give the results they are looking for.

For the past 25 years Moe has also been involved in engineering consultancy and is a Chartered Civil Engineer. So, he understands the issues businesses and professionals face in their efforts to satisfy their clients, deliver good quality work and make money.
