My background integrates a decade of personal coaching and mentoring with over 30 years of practical leadership experience in business and the creative arts. My approach to coaching is simple: where are you today, where do you want to be next, and what are your options to get from here to there?

My path to coaching began when I became a 24/7 single parent to my teen-age daughter. Overnight I was facing a whole new set of challenges. I knew my daughter wanted to find the right path for herself, and I wanted to help her get there. Rather than trying to second-guess her world, I focused on being truly present to my daughter: listening attentively, asking constructive questions, and expressing observations with compassion and candor. I shifted my challenge from being an expert on my daughter’s life to becoming a facilitator for her to achieve her own objectives: exactly the same starting point I continue to use in coaching.

Today people come to me to achieve fulfillment in personal, career and business goals. They recommend me for my ability to enable outcomes, inspire actions and stimulate insights according to their own values and resources.
