Yolanda Lewis has mentored a variety of clients to step up as leaders in both their careers and personal lives. As the leader of Extreme Overflow Enterprises, Inc Yolanda Lewis believes the organization is more than a coaching and consultation business. She states, "We are lifestyle transformers. Enhancing the lives of others from mediocrity to extraordinary and beyond!"


Despite the obstacles that have come her wy since childhood, Mrs. Lewis has learned to succeed by keeping faith and staying focused on being the victor rather than the victim. As a result, Mrs. Lewis has become a Life Coach, Certified Image Consultant, trained by the highly acclaimed, first AICI CIM, Dr. Joyce Knudsen of The Imagemaker Inc, Etiquette Consultant and Color Analyst. Mrs. Lewis is also a Certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt.


 


Yolanda Lewis holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Operations Management. Currently, she is a 2014 Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy degree candidate. Her next academic goal includes the pursuit of a Doctoral degree in Humanities/Psychology, with a concentration of Family Studies and Intervention Strategies. Additionally, Yolanda Lewis is a proud member of the National Congress of Black Women, Metro-Atlanta Chapter where she is a Chapter founder and serves as a Chapter Board Member.


Yolanda Lewis became a published author in 2009. Since then she has released two books and has completed a third book entitled, "The Morning You Meet You," which will be released in March 2013. Yolanda Lewis is no stranger to family life. She has been married 11 years to her best friend and the love of her life. She is a mother of two beautiful children. Yolanda Lewis is a person who is not only dedicated to reaching her own professional and academic goals, but also serves as a support to her family. In 2010, she published a children's book, written by her oldest son who was 7 years old at the time.


 


Yolanda Lewis delivers results-oriented coaching to individuals and teams. She has worked with managers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals in business and private life issues. Coupled with dedicated service to her country as a soldier of the U.S. Department of the Armed forces, Army branch, Mrs. Lewis experience gives her the unique ability to enhance and blend experience, business acumen, and overall leadership abilities to deliver excellence abroad.
